Train your brain to ignore distractions

Train your brain

According to clinical neuropsychology professor Margriet Sitskoorn, we are easily distracted throughout the day by modern-day impulses and everything that comes our way. And that leads to unrest and stress.

But, there is something we can do about it: we can train our brains not to take everything in. In her book Train your CEO brain: and become your best self, Sitskoorn helps us to do just that with a series of exercises, tests and movies that will help us resist the distracting temptations that drop by.
