How to choose the right meditation app for you

There are plenty of meditation apps out there, but how do you find the perfect fit? In Issue 36 journalist Catelijne Elzes writes about how meditation apps helped her. 

Ask yourself a couple of questions: Do you want an app where someone is talking to you, or would you mostly prefer a timer with the sound of a singing bowl at the beginning and end? Are you willing to pay for it? Do you want to be able to listen to many different voices or always the same one? Are you a beginner or do you have some experience?
