If you’re looking for a way to help break a habit or start something new, Instagram wouldn’t be the first place that springs to mind to look—but turns out there are plenty of challenges there. One is the ‘7-day minimalist challenge’ from @laurasbotanicals:

Day 1: Take 10 minutes to stretch.
Day 2: Do not spend money for 24 hours.
Day 3: Clear all surfaces in your room.
Day 4: Clean out your inbox.
Day 5: Practice monotasking.
Day 6: Be media free after 6 p.m.
Day 7: Create a morning ritual.
