Animation by Aiko

Sometimes YouTube can be just like strolling through a thrift store: every now and then, you find a gem in the large amount of clutter. A gem like this animation from Aiko Fukawa. Aiko made this during her studies at the Tokyo University of the Arts. It took her a few months to make the hundreds of drawings she needed for the movie, and this is the result. You may well already be familiar with Aiko’s work, as she made all kinds of stationery, cards, gift-wrap paper and more for the third edition of our Flow Book for Paper Lovers.
