Book tip: Mindful thoughts for birdwatchers

Listening to their song, watching them ride the thermals or observing them build a nest: these are just some of the ways that birds – be they in the countryside, beach, forest or city – are a wonderful means for us to reconnect to the natural world and improve our well-being every day.
