Our second mindfulness special – the Flow Mindfulness Workbook is available! A book to read and write in, with exercises, insights and paper goodies (like stickers, precious moments cards and a notebook).

“Once we thought mindfulness was a bit vague, but now we know better. We discovered that it works really well in our daily, busy lives. However, this doesn’t mean that we’re all zen and relaxed. Not al all. We still have our difficulties and there is always more to learn and discover. That’s why we made this Mindfulness Workbook, containing six chapters with interviews, insights and lots of exercises.
Each chapter revolves around different questions, such af: ‘Why can’t we be a little kinder to ourselves?’ and ‘Why do we always feel hurried?’. Anisa Makhoul made the beautiful illustrations and there are paper goodies, as a poster by Kate Pugsley and stickers by Hanna Melin.
The Flow Mindfulness Workbook costs € 16,95 and is available in our web shop. You can also find Flow Magazines in bookstores all over the world. In the United States this special is available around 27 September – October 4 2016.
