Finding silence

silence

Kankyo Tannier writes a blog on everyday spirituality, has given a TEDX talk, tweets and appears on TV. And also leads a fairly quiet life—as a Zen Buddhist nun who lives in the middle of a forest, surrounded by nature.

In her book, The Gift of Silence, this modern-day nun brings her philosophy and ideas to life in a practical, accessible and light-hearted way as she writes about the power of peace and how we can find it in a fast-paced world full of noise.
