    1. Hello Flow team!
I’m portuguese and I live in Algarve (south of Portugal).
I’m contacting you to say that the decision that you’ve made to work with UPS changed a lot the level of happiness, inspiration and confort that I used to fell everytime I bought a Flow item: the Flow item’s prices crazy increased at the magazines shops in Portugal and if we want to order in your website is even worst : we pay 29,06€ for an 12,95€ item. That’s why I didn’t take your last goodie: Mix Mach 2016. The final price isn’t a fair price.
Thank you so much for your attention.
Best regards for you all, that for many years inspired me at all levels.

      1. Same here 🙁
I live in Argentina, South America. And when is the past I used to bought Flow Magazine and the price for me was right including the shipping, now I am thinking twice with the new mailing costs…

      2. Dear Rosalia,

Thank you for your feedback. Flow is now working with UPS for international orders. This means that you can track your order via the UPS Track & Trace code, and we can also guarantee that your order will be delivered safe and undamaged to your door within a few days. And unfortunately, this improved service has incurred higher costs.

        Kind regards, Merel

    2. Dear flow
I can no longer afford your products. I wanted to buy an item for €12.95, only to find that the UPS postage makes it €24.89, to England! I’m not that far away!
I’m very sad as I love flow, but your postal charges are extremely prohibitive.

    3. Hi,

I will not be purchasing this item or renewing my subscription because of the higher postage costs. Love Flow though. Good bye Flow.

    4. … same here: If I would order a single issue for 12.95 Euro to Australia, the shipping would cost me 62.79 EURO!!! That makes the cost for a single magazine 75,74 EURO! I can buy so many other things for that amount of money… how sad, since this is a wonderful magazine which I learned to know while on holidays in Europe and would have loved to subscribe to. Even though UPS might deliver a good service, normal ordinary mailing does as well most of the time, and is much more affordable. Sad you’ll not have many overseas subscribers!

      1. Dear M Knausenberger,

As of March 2016, Flow is now working with UPS for international orders. This means that you can track your order via the UPS Track & Trace code, and we can also guarantee that your order will be delivered safe and undamaged to your door within a few days. And unfortunately, this improved service has incurred higher costs. Thank you for your feedback.

        Kind regards,

    5. Dear Flow,

why is every customer message getting the same answer? I am also unhappy with UPS, it’s not a better service as it took me a great deal of work to get my parcel redelivered.

Why don’t you help your customers get your products cheaper and more conveniently wherever they live in the world?

For example, I am a German citizen living in the UK, and I can order the German Flow via Amazon.co.uk. This works well for me as there are no shipping costs.

With large distributors like Amazon, you could make it easier for your customers…

      1. Dear Christiane,

Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate the opinion of our loyal customer. Unfortunateley we have to change our shippingcost because we had a lot of problems for missing the Flow products all over the world when customers order them. Now you can track and trace you order and we can at least garantuee our customers will get their order. We understand the price changes are a lot but and we will take your feedback serious.

        Kind regards,
        Iris

    6. I was not able to track my subscription, and instead emailed and was given a kind reply. Please reconsider how you ship your products, it would break my heart for this magazine to lose too many customers due to the costs of another business.

      1. Dear Kitty,

    7. Dear Flow

Repeating the same statement about working with UPS is not only bad customer service, it is insulting to your customers. Only a few people make statements here – but I guarantee that hundreds of other people feel the same. You may feel that working with UPS means the material gets to people quicker or in better order – but if people will not buy your product, that statement is irrelevant. Please treat your soon to be gone loyal customers with some respect, be honest with us about what you will do to fix this problem. After all, isn’t the point of Flow magazine to be authentic? So why then treat your customers with such disrespect?

    8. Jo wrote what i was about to write… it is insane with the shipping costs! I have a subscription and wanted to order more items from the store online ,m but they can not be shipped together with the next issue! why so unfair! i mean you limit yourselves really and lose sooooo many customers!

    9. I agree with you guys, shipping has become unaffordable also for me in Italy. What a pity…
Moreover, using the same answer to every customer is soooo poor, i didn’t expect that from Flow.
I hope Irene & Astrid will find a different solution soon!

      1. Dear Daniela,

We’re sorry and understand you and everyone else completely. We would love to give everyone a personalized answer, but the overall answer is always te same, unfortunately. We take your remarks seriously and will discuss this with our webcare department. Thank you for letting us know.

        Kind regards,
        Iris

    10. Hi my name is Sandra Broussard and I live in the United States. I currently purchase your magazine at Barnes and Noble but recently considered subscribing directly so I could also order from your shop. How much us dollars including shipping would it cost me to get a 6 subscription?
